Why learn EFT at a live seminar?
There are many ways to learn EFT, including the free manual and inexpensive DVDs, so why would you attend a seminar to learn EFT?
Simple answer: because you can ask questions of someone who has vast experience in applying EFT to every emotional or physical issue you can think of.
I conduct seminars in a very informal interactive manner making sure that you get every question answered to your satisfaction and that you leave the seminar feeling confident in applying EFT to yourself and those you care about.
How can you use this confidence in applying EFT? The most common reason people learn EFT is to “fix stuff”. Maybe it’s headaches, back pain, hip pain, or shoulder pain, RSI or migraines that you want to address. Then there are the emotional aspects of your life such as sadness, grief, depression, stress, anxiety, panic, public speaking, work pressures, anger, phobias, self-sabotage, fear of failure, fear of success.
Thankfully, only a small percentage of the population experience extreme emotional problems bought on by trauma or abuse.
Yet the quality of your life is determined by the quality of the emotions that you experience on a regular basis. So how many positive, good, happy feelings have you experienced recently, in the last day, in the last week, for as long as you can remember? Are you just dragging you way through another week for a little bit of joy on the weekend?
EFT is a tool that’s ready at your fingertips every day all the time whenever those not so good feelings come up. As you apply EFT to those feelings and unravel the events, beliefs, values, and judgements that are at the core, you release and heal these negative feelings for good.

How do you get started?
EFT Fundamentals
This 1 day workshop gives you the fundamental understanding of the theory and practice of EFT. No prior knowledge is required. This course is about getting you used to using EFT for yourself and includes lots of tapping in general, and on specific issues, such as physical pain, troublesome memories, cravings and more.
EFT Advanced
Once you have established the fundamentals of EFT, you can begin to develop the art of delivering EFT. This 2 day workshop helps you ask the questions to identify the core events and drivers behind our emotions. I present a number of frameworks for helping to you really understand what is driving behaviours such as self-sabotage, addictions, serious diseases and show how to address these with EFT.
The Psychology of Delivering EFT
This 1 day seminar is absolutely unique. Mastering any skill is 20% how-to and 80% psychology. After the EFT Advanced seminar, you already have all the how-to and skills that you need. This seminar gives you the 80% psychology to achieve true mastery of the art of delivering EFT.
