There are many elaborate ways of applying EFT yet when you only have 15 minutes or less to help someone, zooming in and focusing on specific events is the way to demonstrate the value of EFT. This video demonstrates my experience of doing 15 minute EFT sessions at exhibitions and events over the years.
If you only have a limited amount of time to demonstrate EFT, I also suggest mentioning that this is NOT the time to work on a serious life issue such as trauma or abuse. While EFT works wonderfully for these issues, given the time to approach the issue gently and deal with it thoroughly, you don’t want to open that can of worms in a short session.
In this video, you’ll see me demonstrate:
- How to set expectations for the time frame your have available
- What to do when issues are too global
- How to be gentle but starting general and gradually getting more specific
- What to look for in noticing a shift
- How to test a memory by checking key phrases from that memory
- What questions to ask to make sure you have a specific event
- How to test by going in to the future
Watch the video and leave a reply on the blog post if you can relate or have any questions.
