Feel Inspired with EFT

EFT is usually applied to clear some emotional issue or problem. Yet it can also be used to take positive feelings into your energy system.

So what inspires you? What gives you a lift when you are feeling down? Maybe a piece of poetry or scripture or a funny photo or song.

For this example, I'm going to use the famous poem by Marianne Williamson used by Nelson Mandela in his acceptance speech. You can find the poem on this page if you scroll down.

Start and continue tapping on the EFT points while saying the phrases:

Karate Chop:Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
Head:It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Eyebrows:Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
Side of Eyes:There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
Under Eyes:We are all meant to shine, as children do.
Under Nose:We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
Chin Point:It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
Collarbones:And as we let our own light shine,
Under Arms:we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
Wrist Points:As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

How good did that feel? Maybe you'll even repeat the process once more. Feeling good is good for you. It improves you health, raises your vibration, and lifts the spirits.
