Welcome to this edition of Tap4Health News.
It's an exciting month at Tap4Health with the launch of a new service and several new seminars.
EFT Strategy Sessions, our new service, will accelerate your achievement of goals and outcomes. Like a sport's coach, these sessions will draw the best out of you and take you far beyond what you believe yourself capable of achieving.
Also, due to high demand, we have organised 3 one hour Introduction to EFT Seminars, which are great for bringing newcomers along to, and for those who want to raise their skills and proficiency with EFT, we have an EFT Level 1 Workshop.
Finally, this month, I'll show you how to apply EFT to overcome the fear of what others will think of you.

| New EFT Strategy Sessions |
A lot of people are familiar with the role of a coach. Every top athlete or sporting team has a coach: Andre Agassi, Tiger Woods, Cathy Freeman, the Sydney Swans.
Did you know that most of the top achievers in the world also have mentors and coaches? Someone who will help them get clarity about what they want, push them when needed, and hold them accountable for taking action towards those goals.
EFT Strategy Sessions
help you achieve your goals by:
- helping you get clear on what you want and why
- having you define specific action steps to take towards your goal
- holding you accountable for doing what you say you will
- using EFT to
annihilate any blocks, excuses, fears, or limiting beliefs holding you back
This combination of EFT and coaching is very powerful!
Dr. Jessica Wells runs two busy chiropractic centres and shares her experience: "Rod's EFT Strategy Sessions are fantastic for me. They have added more ongoing power following my Personal EFT sessions. They have produced a feeling of ease around getting things done. You WANT this!" - Dr. Jessica Wells, BApp Sci (Chiro)

| Does EFT work for ...?
|
Newcomers sometimes become confused when they hear that the same EFT is used for back pain is also used for grief, trauma, anger, carpal tunnel and everything else.
This one-procedure-fits-all feature of EFT brings baffled looks to the faces of most newcomers because they have been conditioned to think that, for each ailment, there is a specific remedy. Since there are thousands upon thousands of human ailments, providing so many specific remedies is an impossible task.
EFT has provided improvements in such a wide variety of ailments that it is no stretch to conclude that its uses are nearly universal, although not yet perfect across the board.
However, while the same mechanical EFT is used for all ailments, the approaches to the various problems can differ widely. There is an "art of delivery" which is necessary for complicated cases and this involves finding core issues and aspects as well as appropriate reframing and other artistic uses of this flexible tool. This is what you pay an EFT Practitioner for.

What will they think of me?
|
Sometimes we find ourselves limited because of worry about what others will think, for example:
- "I can't go out with that guy because my friends won't like him"
- "I can't take the afternoon off work because they'll think I'm a slacker"
- "I can't apply for that job because they'll think I'm getting above myself"
- "We have to have a new car because otherwise the neighbours will think we're broke"
Sometimes it's 'they' in general, sometime it's a specific person. Pay attention to your thoughts and see how often the idea of what someone else will think limits or controls what you do.
When you identify a specific situation where worry about what other's think is holding back, you can apply EFT as follows:
Using this tapping
points guide, start and continue tapping on the Karate Chop Point while
saying: "Even though I'm worried about they will think if I do this, I deeply and completely accept myself" "Even though I have to keep up appearances, I choose to be true to myself" "Even though they might make fun of and humiliate me, I choose to feel safe and secure and own my own power." Then continue
tapping on the remaining points (both sides, both hands) as follows: Head: Fear of what they'll think of me Eyebrows: Couldn't bear the thought Side of
eyes: If they find out, I'll be so embarrassed Under eyes: Better to just go with the flow Under nose: What would they say about me if I did that? Chin point: What will they think of me? Collarbones: But I really want this Under arms: I have to fit in; be part of the group Wrist
Points: They'll think I'm crazy
And another round: Head: I choose to listen to my own guidance Eyebrows: I'm my own person Side of
eyes: What they think says more about them then it does about me Under eyes: What other people think of me is none of my business Under nose: I choose to be true to myself
Chin point: I love and accept all of myself Collarbones: I ask for inner guidance and wisdom in making this choice Under arms: Being true to myself is the most important thing Wrists: It's time I grew up and made my own choices
Do a few more rounds of tapping focusing on any need to rebel which might be also be driving your behaviour. Somewhere between compliance and rebellion is the middle path of wisdom.
