Using EFT when you are Always Running LateAre you always running late? Do you friends tell you that something starts at 6pm (when it actually starts at 7pm) because they know you never make it on time? Do you have the clock set 15 minutes ahead of time to try and trick yourself about what time it is? Here's a way you can use EFT to improve your relationship with time. Using this EFT tapping points guide, start and continue tapping on the Karate Chop Point while saying: "Even though I'm always late, I deeply and completely accept myself." Then continue tapping on the remaining points (both sides, both hands) as follows:
