  • Last April Intro to EFT Teleseminar

Only a few places remaining for the last Introduction to EFT Teleseminar in April on Thursday 27 April 2006, 8:00pm - 9:00pm. These Teleseminars are increasingly popular with people calling in from as far away as Hong King!

Remember that at these Teleseminars you learn the shortcut method of EFT, have your questions answered and come away with very usable skills to apply to your life.

EFT Group Session, Thursday 11 May

The first Tap4Health group EFT session will be held at the practice on Thursday 11 May 6:45 - 8:30pm. The focus of the session will be Depression & Anxiety, but as you will see below, you can experience significant benefit regardless of the issue your wish to address.

Group EFT allows participants to take advantage of the EFT concept of Borrowing Benefits. Borrowing Benefits, simply stated, is the process that allows someone with little or no experience in EFT to tap along while someone else is undergoing EFT (e.g. in a session, seminar, group or video) and often experience profound benefits. This is true even though the issues being tapped on appear to be widely different.

The group session is limited to 10 people so please call (03) 9650 0250 and reserve your place. The cost for the group session is $50 and can be paid on the night. The Tap4Health Risk Free Guarantee applies: if you don't receive significant benefit from the session then there is no charge.

    EFT Success Story

"Not sure if you've come across this one or not but the other thing I though you might be interested to know is I got rid of hiccups the other day with EFT.

I had gone to bed and was half asleep but couldn't fall fully asleep because the hiccups keeps waking me up. So I did a bit of tapping just on my face and only on one side, cause I was lying on my side and didn't even go through the whole thing (I didn't say anything, just tapped on brow, side of eye, underneath eye, upper lip and chin) - and the hiccups stopped straight away! Very cool."

Tapping Tip - Tapping Without Words

A stumbling block for beginners of EFT is "What words do I say?". The purpose of the words in EFT is to keep you focused on the issue; to keep your energy system tuned into the disruption that you wish to clear.

However, sometimes you can't put words around the feeling. For example, you come home from a long day at work and just feel tired and run down. In this case, do a couple of rounds of tapping (3-5 rounds, or more) without saying any words and just allow your system to unload whatever disruptions are there. I call this Anonymous Tapping.

I also find that Anonymous Tapping is very beneficial just before going to bed. Again, it helps release all the tension built up over the day and improve the quality of your sleep.
