Missing someone at Christmas?

Maybe they have passed on since last Christmas and this is your first Christmas without them. Maybe they have other plans, or maybe they just can’t make it this year.

Whatever the reason for their absence, here’s how EFT can lighten your spirit. Using this EFT tapping points guide, start and continue tapping on the indicated points while saying:

Even though this Christmas is not the same because they aren’t here, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I miss them dearly, I choose to love and accept myself.
Even thought I wish they were here, I choose to feel their love anyway.
Head: Christmas is different this year
Eyebrows: Not everyone could make it
Side of Eyes: I miss them so much
Under Eyes: It’s just not the same without them
Under Nose: I’m sad and I accept how I feel
Chin Point: This time of year is the worst
Collarbones: It’s hard without them near
Under Arms: I feel like something is missing
