EFT Tips: Mirror Work
Try doing your tapping while looking into a mirror. Looking deeply into your own eyes and saying “Even though I have this …,I deeply and completely accept myself” is very effective. The energy of the tapping seems to be reflected back to you in a similar way as when working with another person or your practitioner.
