Clearing money blocks with EFT requires dealing with all the aspects that may be blocking you. By focusing on the idea of disposable income you may identify some significant aspects that you haven't yet cleared.

If you have struggled with financial abundance an interesting aspect to explore is the ideas of disposable income. Let’s define disposable income as: all income remaining after all necessary expenses are paid, such as mortgage, car payment, insurance, etc. So how to you feel about having more than enough?

I explored this aspect of having more than enough income after all my expenses and a lot of different aspect came up:

It’s a waste to have more than I need

It’s wrong to have so much when others have so little

I’m not allowed to ‘waste’ that money on toys, clothes, entertainment

I’d lose my motivation if I had it so easy

I’ll be foolish with money if I have too much

I’d feel guilty if I had it that good

People would hassle me to do things I don’t want to do now that I have the money; not having the money is a great excuse for not doing something

If I didn’t have to work so hard then what would my life be about?

People will think I’m lazy if I don’t have to work hard

I will become a target for scams. It’s not safe for me to have too much

It’s not good for others for me to have disposable income because they’ll won’t feel good in themselves

…??

After all the things I’ve tapped on around financial abundance over the years, I was really surprised, and pleased, to discover so many aspects when I thought of having more than enough money. I applied EFT to each of these aspects over and over until I felt sure that I had dealt with them.

Here’s a few rounds of EFT tapping to get you started on investigating and clearing all the aspects of having disposable income. You can use this handy tapping points guide:

Karate Chop
Point:

Even though I’ve done a lot of work around blocks to having more money and now I discover that there’s even more to do, I choose to gentle and forgiving of myself as I unwind a few more aspects.
Even though I also seem to make just enough but not too much, I wonder what blocks I have around having lots of disposable income?
Even though there might be quite a few aspects to clear around having lots of disposable income, I will continue to take some action every day to improve my situation and to notice what’s improving as I do.

Top of Head:

Feel guilty having more than enough for me when so many others need it too

Eyebrows:

Not feeling safe having disposable income because I might become a target

Side of Eyes:

Fear of losing my motivation if I didn’t have to work just to pay the bills

Under Eyes

Afraid of being seen as having it too good; being seen as lazy; being seen as a good for nothing rich person

Under Nose:

All these fears and blocks of having disposable income

Chin Point:

What would my life be about if I wasn’t just making ends meet?

Collarbones:

It’s easier to continue to struggle. Then I fit in with everyone else

Under Arms:

All these remaining fears that I have about having disposable income and about wasting money on trivial things

Wrists:

I deeply and profoundly accepts myself as I pay attention to thoughts, feelings, and events that come up as I tap on all the aspects of having disposable income.

It may seem silly to focus on having disposable income when you’re not even making ends meet but sometimes focusing beyond your existing goals to what’s after that can break you through to surprising new levels very quickly.

By the way, I actually prefer the term “discretionary income” as opposed to disposable income since I would like to spend any extra money that I have with due care and attention (with discretion) rather than the disposing of it, which, to me, sounds like just throwing it in the trash!Related Posts:

What thoughts do you have on automatic that are limiting you and how to use EFT to get to their origin.

Some studies suggest we have around 50,000 – 60,000 thoughts per day. How many of those thoughts are habitual, ingrained, conditioned, and limit us in some way?

If we have that many thoughts a day, how do we even notice an individual thought? Often it is a thought that is linked to strong emotion that catches our attention.

Recently, I noticed a pattern of mine that showed up when I was hungry. The pattern would start about half an hour before I would usually eat. My thoughts would get into a discussion something like,

“I’ll have to do something about eating soon”
“I don’t want to eat, I’m busy working”
“But I can’t concentrate unless I eat”
“I’ve got too much to do. I don’t want to eat now”
and so on…

I noticed the recurring thought in these mental conversation of “I don’t want to eat”. So I stopped for a moment and checked in on that particular thought. I said it both mentally and out loud to get a feel for the origin of the thought.

When I said “I don’t want to eat” out loud, it sounded very petulant like a small child rebelling against being fed. I could easily image myself as a willful child not wanting to eat when my mother wanted to feed me. Even without knowing a specific event, I could imagine myself as a small child and apply EFT to the event, the thought, and the feelings that went with it.

What thought have you noticed repeating in your thinking? There are probably quite a few. Pick one (at a time) and say that thought to yourself and out loud. Notice the emotion that accompanies the thought. If you could get a sense at around what age this thought comes from what would it be? What scene can you imagine would match this thought and emotion?

Make a note of the thought, the emotion, and the imagined scene or sense of origin for this one thought.

Once you have the thought, emotion, and sense of the origin of the thought the apply this EFT sequence using this EFT tapping points guide:

Karate Chop:

Even though I’ve been having this thought on automatic, I choose to notice it consciously. Even though I’ve always thought this thought, I wonder what the origin of this thought was? I can imagine an event in my life that is the origin of this thought and intend this tapping to release and heal the emotions that drive this thought.

Head:

The origin of this thought

Eyebrows:

The emotion associated with this thought

Side of Eyes:

I can imagine how I felt when I first thought this thought

Under Eyes:

The event that is the origin of this thought

Under Nose:

I’m ready to heal and release this thought now

Chin Point:

The event that is the origin of this thought

Collarbones:

The way I felt then. The emotions around this thought

Under Arms:

Even though this thought may have served me in the past,

Wrist Points:

I’m ready to consciously choose my thoughts

Remember to repeat the tapping for a few rounds until you feel you have cleared all the emotions around the thought.

To test if you’re done, say the thought to yourself and out loud again and see if it feels the same or has changed in some way. Notice what’s different now about that thought since you performed EFT on it.

One of the trickiest things to do is notice something that no longer happens. Check yourself in a few days and see if you can remember having that same thought that you tapped on. If you have done a thorough job with EFT, the only way to have that thought is to think it on purpose! It’s no longer happening on automatic.Related Posts:

Whiplash from car accidents can lead to years of nagging neck and back pain. EFT offers permanent lasting relief.

At the recent Mind Body Spirit Festival, I helped four different people with Whiplash. Whiplash is an injury caused when the head snaps forward and then back again and is most often associated with a rear-end collision in a motor vehicle.

Symptoms reported by sufferers of Whiplash include: pain and aching to the neck and back, referred pain to the shoulders, sensory disturbance (such as pins and needles) to the arms & legs and headaches.

I treated people with Whiplash from 30 years ago to 2 days ago. One person had experienced a head ache for 10 years after a car accident. For each person, using 5-10 minutes of EFT, they were able to completely relieve the neck and back pain associated with the whiplash. (Bet the car and medical insurance companies want to know about EFT now!)

If you have ever experience a car accident or similar trauma to neck and spine be sure to apply EFT to the memory even if you have no obvious symptoms. Your body remembers the trauma and may still be compensating. Here’s an EFT sequence that can get you started (use this EFT tapping points guide):

Karate Chop:

Even though I have this pain in my neck and back caused by whiplash, I deeply and completely accept myself. Even though my body remembers the trauma of the accident regardless of how long ago it was, I’m ready to release it now. I ask my body to release and heal the trauma that is causing this neck and back pain, allowing myself to heal 100% even better than before.

Head:

This whiplash pain in my neck

Eyebrows:

This whiplash pain in my neck

Side of Eyes:

This whiplash pain and my body’s memory of the accident

Under Eyes:

All the whiplash trauma in my body

Under Nose:

This whiplash pain in my neck

Chin Point:

This whiplash pain in my neck

Collarbones:

The whiplash pain in my back and neck

Under Arms:

This whiplash pain in my neck, the headaches, the backaches, allowing myself to heal

Wrist Points:

I’m ready to forgive myself for any thing I did to contribute to this whiplash, and open to one day forgiving anyone else who had anything to do with this whiplash

After a few rounds, reassess your pain and range of movement, taking care of your own physical wellbeing. Usually, after a few rounds, the pain will move or change in some way. Continue chasing the pain, and come up with a new focusing phrase for the new location of the pain and continue applying EFT until there is no trace left.Related Posts:

Sometimes we fill out lives with shoulds. We go to church because we think we should. We work in a job because we think we should. We going to certain gatherings because we think we should. EFT helps you identify and connect to your true motivations for such things. And make mature decisions.

Sometimes we continue to do things in our lives because we think we should, yet these activities have long since lost any meaning for us. Here’s some examples of how this can show up:

going to a religious establishment regularly with no interest, because you think you should

working in a career you’re unhappy with, because you think you should

donating money to a charity, because you think you should

agreeing with what someone says even when you don’t, because you think you should

studying for a degree that doesn’t interest you, because you think you should

Some of these activities are important AND I’m asking you to check in on your motivation for doing these things. Are you doing them because they give you a deep sense of fulfillment and contribute to your happiness, or are you doing them because you think you should? One feels like being drawn forward, one feels like being pushed; and who likes to be pushed around?

Think about the activities that fill your life and identify something that feels like a “should”. You’re not really enjoying it and if you felt you had a choice, you would rather be doing something else. Identify one thing that your doing and apply the following EFT sequence using this EFT tapping points
guide:

Karate Chop:

Even though I think I should be doing this but don’t really want to, I accept how I feel. Even though I’m doing this because others think I should, I give myself permission to make up my own mind. Even though I’m doing this activity out of obligation rather than joy, I choose to release the obligation and check in with what brings me true joy and happiness.

Head:

Feel like I should do this

Eyebrows:

Feeling obligated to do this

Side of Eyes:

Can I recognise the choice I have to do this?

Under Eyes:

Doing this because I think I should

Under Nose:

Finding a way to do what will being me lasting happiness

Chin Point:

What would it mean if I chose not to do this?

Collarbones:

What choice am I overlooking in doing this?

Under Arms:

This feeling of being pushed

Wrist Points:

What feeling drives this obligation?

Head:

I’m ready to make a choice that will serve myself and others

Eyebrows:

Don’t want to ‘should’ on myself anymore?

Side of Eyes:

I choose to love and respect myself by making a mature, responsible, and joyful choice

Under Eyes:

Still feeling obligated to continue down this path

Under Nose:

What are the consequences if I change my mind now?

Chin Point:

Still feeling obligated to do this

Collarbones:

Am I missing the true joy to be found in this?

Under Arms:

What would make me even more happy?

Wrist Points:

accept the choice I make that’s deeply congruent with who I really am, and each day seek ways to move towards even more joy.

Depending on your investment in the activity you may not be able to change your path immediately. If it’s a change of career, you still need to pay the bills while you change careers. But if you can make little improvements each day that move you towards what you want and away from what you don’t want, letting go of the shoulds and embracing the joy along the way, your life will definitely change for the better.Related Posts:

Striving is that feeling that you have to have more, do more, or be more. Here's how to apply EFT to get to the feelings driving the behaviour of striving.

Striving is that feeling that you have to have more, do more, or be more. It’s that feeling that just over the hill is the pot of gold and if you can just push on for a little longer you will receive the rewards. We can end up striving because of delayed gratification. That principle that says you can’t be happy until…

I got told a lot of this when growing up. If you study hard in school you will get into University. So I focused on my studies and disciplined myself to work hard until Uni. Then when I got to Uni, I was told that, if you work hard at Uni, you’ll get a good job. So I studied hard at Uni and passed all my subjects.

Then you get a job and your told, work hard, sacrifice, and you’ll get a promotion. So you work hard and sacrifice your personal and social life until you get that promotion. Then another carrot is dangled in front of you and the pattern repeats until retirement when you are finally given permission to relax and enjoy life. But how many years have you missed out on while you were focusing on the future, on being happy when?

So when are you allowed to feel happy? When is it Ok to stop and enjoy the moment? When is what you’ve done enough? When are you allowed to feel that you are enough?

Self improvement can be a similar striving trap: “I just need to read one more book, attend one more seminar, learn one more technique and then I’ll be … enough? For what?”

I found this feeling of striving manifested in my body with shin splints. That painful feeling in the front of your shins that makes it very painful to run and even walk. My brain wanted to go faster, to be somewhere ahead of me now, but my body wouldn’t cooperate.

I believe that is one feeling we are striving for. That feeling of being enough right now. Here’s how to apply EFT to the causes of striving. Use this EFT tapping points guide:

Karate Chop:

Even though I don’t yet feel that I know enough to completely accept myself, I accept myself anyway. Even though I think I need to know more, be more, or do more before I can accept myself as enough, I choose to start loving and accepting myself right now. Even though there is always more to be done, I choose to find ways to enjoy and be happy now while doing it.

Head:

Never going to be enough

Eyebrows:

Not allowed to accept that I’m enough

Side of Eyes:

Will I lose my motivation if I accept that I am enough right now?

Under Eyes:

So much attention on the future that I’m missing out on this moment

Under Nose:

I’ve never been enough just as I am, I’m always going to be enough later

Chin Point:

Never got 100% in school and even then I might have been expected to get 110%

Collarbones:

So tired of continuously striving

Under Arms:

How would it feel to be enough right now?

Wrist Points:

Even though I still feel a little unsure about feeling like I’m enough, I choose to explore the feeling and the joy that it brings

Western culture is driven by striving and needing more. Other cultures can teach us not only about having enough but also about accepting ourselves as enough right now. Let me know what comes up for you as you tap through this sequence. If further feelings arise be sure to continue tapping until you uncover all the layers.

Sometimes we feel like a victim of anger. Yet if we look at the patterns that trigger anger we can use the Emotional Freedom Technique EFT to clear these patterns and achieve true anger management.

We all have a pattern of anger. Some of us express it when it is still small. Some of us suppress it deep inside fighting to maintain control of it, too scared to express it, and instead we experience it as disease.

And some of us, me included, bottle it up until it bursts out like a volcano surprising everyone around us with the intensity because we had not even given a hint that anything was wrong.

I’m going to focus on the last pattern as this is one that I can speak about from personal experience. As a child, I had been labelled as having “a bad temper” at times but, if I accept this label, then I give away my responsibility for control of my behaviour. We are not the victim of our emotions. There are patterns to every emotion that, if we can identify them, we can interrupt the pattern and change our behaviour before it causes the damage we so fear.

So how does your pattern of anger develop?

I delivered an outburst of anger one evening with my family that stunned everyone. But it wasn’t as instantaneous as it may have seemed. The anger had been brewing throughout the day from one incident early in the day which annoyed me. Another a little later on that added to the fire. And from then on I was looking for an excuse to unload at the slightest further provocation. So when I received one further barb, an oh so minor one, I unloaded with full power that was equivalent to swatting a fly with a barbell.

Had I taken the time to apply EFT at the first perceived slight and got deep into and under the anger then I may have been able to voice my concerns with out the associated outburst.

Here I present a longer EFT script that I hope will help you as it did me to change your anger pattern. I spent at least half an hour using the various parts of this to work on my anger pattern.

First you need to start with how you feel in yourself about the anger. Start and continue tapping on the EFT tapping points while saying the phrases:

Karate Chop:

I was so angry that I can’t accept myself. I’m disappointed in myself. I should be better than this. They didn’t deserve to be the brunt of my anger. I feel so ugly and ashamed at what I did. I don’t know if I will ever be able to change this. I feel like I have no control over my anger. I don’t know if I can ever accept myself when I can get so angry.

Head:

This anger feels more powerful than me

Eyebrows:

I don’t feel like I can control it

Side of Eyes:

Part of me likes the feeling of power that comes with the anger

Under Eyes:

Part of me is so ashamed

Under Nose:

I can’t really accept myself when I can get this angry

Chin Point:

I remember the look on their faces when I was angry

Collarbones:

The fear in their faces, I don’t want them to be afraid of me

Under Arms:

I’m so afraid that the damage done can’t be undone. I don’t know if I deserve to be free of this guilt

Wrist Points:

I don’t believe anyone can really love me when I have this anger within me; I can’t really love myself when I know it’s there.

Continue to tap for a few rounds to cover everything you feel and say about and to yourself about how you behaved.

Now we will use EFT to work on the pattern around the anger.

Karate Chop:

Even though it feels like I have no control over my anger, I choose to notice the way it develops. I have a pattern of anger than can be changed. Even though I have a habit of being angry, I choose to bring to my conscious mind the way my anger develops, so that I can heal it.

Head:

What is the first thing that happens in my body when I’m starting to feel angry?

Eyebrows:

What do I say to myself that tells me I’m getting angry?

Side of Eyes:

Where in my body do I notice the fire of my anger building?

Under Eyes:

There are a number of steps to my anger and I choose to pay attention and notice them

Under Nose:

What is the very first thing that happens that tells me I’m getting angry

Chin Point:

I give my self permission to stop a conversation when I notice the first indicators of anger so that I can do some EFT and deal with the feeling

Collarbones:

As I notice my anger pattern, I gain power over it

Under Arms:

There are a number of things that occur before my anger bursts out, and I choose to notice each of them

Wrist Points:

This pattern has been unconscious until now but I’m making it conscious so that I can change it.

Noticing how your anger builds helps unravel the mystery of full blown explosions that nobody sees coming. You then have the ability to notice what is triggering your anger and clear those individual triggers. Maybe it’s a tone of voice or a look you receive which starts to get you angry. So do some tapping on the trigger e.g.

Karate Chop:

I felt put down by their sarcastic tone of voice. I felt put down and disrespected by their tone of voice. It reminds me of being talked down to as a child. I don’t want to be talked to like that because I’m now an adult

Head:

Feeling talked down to like a child

Eyebrows:

Feeling disrespected

Side of Eyes:

That tone of voice that gets me angry

Under Eyes:

I want to release all reference events for this trigger

Under Nose:

I’m clearing this trigger for my anger

Chin Point:

That tone of voice that still gets me angry

Collarbones:

I won’t let anyone talk to me that way

Under Arms:

I want to stand up for myself without having to get angry. I am an adult who can express myself

Wrist Points:

As I clear this trigger, I beginning to accept myself even more.

There may be more than one trigger to your anger so continue to tap on each trigger that contributes to your anger pattern.

You may still have shame, guilt, and regret about what happened so here is a final round to do some more clearing.

Karate Chop:

Even though I’m still ashamed at getting so angry, I’m beginning to accept myself. Even though I regret what I did and wish that I could go back and change things, I’m open to accepting myself and the mistakes I made as part of being human. I’m doing my best to improve my behaviour, identifying patterns of anger, and clearing the triggers.

Head:

Remaining shame for what happened

Eyebrows:

Remaining regret for how I said what I did

Side of Eyes:

Remaining sadness at the hurt I caused

Under Eyes:

Remaining shame, regret, and sadness

Under Nose:

I choose to notice my anger patterns and diffuse them as soon as I do

Chin Point:

I choose to be forgiving of myself as I do my best to change my behaviour

Collarbones:

I’m glad I know how to tap so that I can clear my anger patterns

Under Arms:

I’m learning to access the power within my anger and express it in constructive ways

Wrist Points:

I’m noticing and celebrating even the smallest of improvements in my behaviour and I’m becoming even more loving and accepting of myself.

We cannot deny our emotions as they are part of what makes us human but we can change the patterns, triggers and ways that we express them.Related Posts:

EFT is usually applied to clear some emotional issue or problem. Yet it can also be used to take positive feelings into your energy system.

So what inspires you? What gives you a lift when you are feeling down? Maybe a piece of poetry or scripture or a funny photo or song.

For this example, I’m going to use the famous poem by Marianne Williamson used by Nelson Mandela in his acceptance speech. You can find the poem on this page if you scroll down.

Start and continue tapping on the EFT points while saying the phrases:

Karate Chop:

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

Head:

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Eyebrows:

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.

Side of Eyes:

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

Under Eyes:

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

Under Nose:

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

Chin Point:

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

Collarbones:

And as we let our own light shine,

Under Arms:

we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Wrist Points:

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

How good did that feel? Maybe you’ll even repeat the process once more. Feeling good is good for you. It improves you health, raises your vibration, and lifts the spirits.Related Posts:

Missing someone at Christmas can take the enjoyment out of the holiday season. EFT offers a way to relieve the emotions of missing someone you would normally celebrate with and achieve a peaceful state.

Sometimes it’s hard to get into the Christmas Spirit when a loved one is not there to share it with you.

Maybe they have passed on since last Christmas and this is your first Christmas without them. Maybe they have other plans, or maybe they just can’t make it this year.

Whatever the reason for their absence, here’s how EFT can lighten your spirit. Using this EFT tapping points guide, start and continue tapping on the indicated points while saying:

Karate Chop
Point:

Even though this Christmas is not the same because they aren’t here, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I miss them dearly, I choose to love and accept myself.
Even thought I wish they were here, I choose to feel their love anyway.

Head:

Christmas is different this year

Eyebrows:

Not everyone could make it

Side of Eyes:

I miss them so much

Under Eyes:

It’s just not the same without them

Under Nose:

I’m sad and I accept how I feel

Chin Point:

This time of year is the worst

Collarbones:

It’s hard without them near

Under Arms:

I feel like something is missing

Wrist Points:

I deeply and completely accept how I feel.

Continue on with another round:

Head:

I miss them

Eyebrows:

I can still feel their love

Side of Eyes:

I choose to celebrate life

Under Eyes:

I choose to remember the good times

Under Nose:

I can feel them in my heart

Chin Point:

They would want me to enjoy myself

Collarbones:

It’s the holidays after all

Under Arms:

I accept my sadness as well as my joy

Wrist Points:

I’m grateful for those I am able to share the holidays with

If this opens up even deeper feelings then please continue tapping using your own words until you clear all the issues this raises.

Season’s Greetings to you and your loved ones. May this holiday season bring joy, love, peace, and abundance to each and every one of us.Related Posts:

If you're always running late you may have come up with some coping strategies such as setting your watch forward but what if you can change your relationship with time using the Emotional Freedom Technique EFT.

Are you always running late? Do you friends tell you that something starts at 6pm (when it actually starts at 7pm) because they know you never make it on time? Do you have the clock set 15 minutes ahead of time to try and trick yourself about what time it is?

Here’s a way you can use EFT to improve your relationship with time. Using this EFT tapping points guide, start and continue tapping on the Karate Chop Point while saying:

Karate Chop
Point:

Even though I’m always late, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I don’t do it on purpose and I just can’t get there on time, I choose to love and accept myself.
Even though I was born late and have been trying to catch up ever since, I choose to arrive right here, right now.

Head:

Always running late

Eyebrows:

Not my fault

Side of Eyes:

Things always happen

Under Eyes:

I don’t want to be late

Under Nose:

I’ve tried hard to change this and nothing works

Chin Point:

The clock works against me

Collarbones:

Can’t catch up

Under Arms:

Never enough time

Wrist Points:

Have to do everything, all the time, for everyone; no time for me.

Continue on for another round:

Head:

My time is valuable

Eyebrows:

I choose carefully what I commit to

Side of Eyes:

I make time for the things that are important to me

Under Eyes:

I allow time for unexpected things

Under Nose:

I keep my commitments to myself and others

Chin Point:

I am reliable

Collarbones:

I’m in the right place at right time right now

Under Arms:

I’m making it a priority to be on time

Wrist Points:

I choose to notice the ways in which my relationship with time has improved and celebrate my successes.

Be gentle and persistent with yourself as you continue to improve your relationship with time. Using EFT for running late will get you on time soon.Related Posts:

When you have a song stuck in your head it can be very annoying and frustrating. EFT offers you a way to explore the hidden meaning of the song.

Song Stuck in Head

We’ve all experienced having a song stuck in our head looping as if on continuous playback. The German language even has a word for it, “ohrwurm” which means “ear-worm”.

So can EFT help with the song? It is my belief that the song is repeating because your subconscious mind is trying to convey a message. A bit like a dream that contains strange symbols and experiences, the song itself has a subtle message for your benefit.

A simple way to tune into the message is continuously tap through the EFT points whilst listening to the song. This will clear any emotional experiences that you associate with the song and may give you some insights into why it has been stuck in your head.

Alternatively, you can apply the following tapping to get the message behind the song. In this example, I will use “this song” and you can be even more specific by using the actual name of the song if you know it.

Using this EFT tapping points guide, start and continue tapping on the Karate Chop Point while saying:

Karate Chop
Point:

Even though I have this song stuck in my head, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though this song is so I annoying, I wonder if there is a message that I need to hear?
Even though this song is stuck in my head and so annoying, if there was a message in it for me I wonder what it might be?

Head:

This annoying song in my head

Eyebrows:

This annoying song in my head

Side of Eyes:

What could this song be trying to tell me?

Under Eyes:

Who does this song remind me of?

Under Nose:

If this song was trying to tell me something,

Chin Point:

what could it be?

Collarbones:

I choose to be curious about the message for me in this song

Under Arms:

Even though I’m still annoyed by this song in my head

Wrist Points:

I choose to accept the message in it for me

You may need to do a couple of rounds to get rid of it completely. Or if you get really frustrated with the song, simple tap and ask you subconscious mind to send you the message in a different more obvious way.Related Posts:
