Using EFT for when You’re Always Running Late

Are you always running late? Do you friends tell you that something starts at 6pm (when it actually starts at 7pm) because they know you never make it on time? Do you have the clock set 15 minutes ahead of time to try and trick yourself about what time it is?

Here’s a way you can use EFT to improve your relationship with time. Using this EFT tapping points guide, start and continue tapping on the Karate Chop Point while saying:

Point:
Even though I’m always late, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I don’t do it on purpose and I just can’t get there on time, I choose to love and accept myself.
Even though I was born late and have been trying to catch up ever since, I choose to arrive right here, right now.
Head: Always running late
Eyebrows: Not my fault
Side of Eyes: Things always happen
Under Eyes: I don’t want to be late
Under Nose: I’ve tried hard to change this and nothing works
Chin Point: The clock works against me
Collarbones: Can’t catch up
Under Arms: Never enough time
Wrist Points: Have to do everything, all the time, for everyone; no time for me.

Continue on for another round:

Head: My time is valuable
Eyebrows: I choose carefully what I commit to
Side of Eyes: I make time for the things that are important to me
Under Eyes: I allow time for unexpected things
Under Nose: I keep my commitments to myself and others
Chin Point: I am reliable
Collarbones: I’m in the right place at right time right now
Under Arms: I’m making it a priority to be on time
Wrist Points: I choose to notice the ways in which my relationship with time has improved and celebrate my successes.

Be gentle and persistent with yourself as you continue to improve your relationship with time. Using EFT for running late will get you on time soon.
